Dear Customers and Partners of vPOOL, we would like to inform you in advance that we will be carrying out an important system change-over approximately four weeks from now. Due to this system update, we will not be able to process orders and customer accounts within the period from Friday, 20.10.2023 at 12 pm, to Sunday, 22.10.2023. Also the operation of our digital management system poolbook will not be available for you during this period. We ask for your understanding for this measure, which will enable us to offer our services in an even more efficient and reliable manner for you in the future.
Our departments are of course nevertheless available for you by phone or also by email during the opening hours on Friday, 20.10.2023 from 8am to 5pm. Your personal KAM will also be available to you as usual during this time.
We kindly ask you to send us any orders that you plan within the effected period above and including those for Monday, 23.10.2023, by noon on Thursday, 19.10.2023 at (12pm) the latest!
These will then be processed in advance, to be in-place for the start of the new week from Monday, 23.10.2023 at 0800Hrs. At that time, all systems will then be available again for you as well as for us. We will be happy to answer any concerns that you might have at your convenience before the event.
